The Land & The House Plan

Our house will be 2 stories with an unfinished basement. The total finished square feet will be right around 3435. I tried to clean these up a little by taking off the outside measurements. There is also a porch coming off the casual dining area, that's what the French doors are for.


We did change the upstairs bath to be completely jack and jill, so there will be no entry from the hallway and the girls will have a longer vanity with double sinks instead of 2 separate ones.






Our land is .52 acres in a subdivision in SC. We are located on a golf course (husband's dream) and on a corner lot in front of a tee box.

Our house will be facing the street to the left of the stop sign

    This is going to be gorgeous!!! I just left you a comment on your other post but you should email me. We aren't that far from you. We live in Ryan Homes Glen Lake subdivision in Boiling Springs. We are new to the area and it's always nice to meet people with the same interests as I have! We seem like two peas in a pod with our decorating style!
